FPCC 2011, which took place October 17-19 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Providence (Warwick), Rhode Island, was a dynamic two-day educational event for professionals from all aspects of the first party property insurance claims community. Offering 50 nationally recognized speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, and a minimum of 12 continuing education credits, FPCC provides high-quality education sessions and valuable networking opportunities for a reasonable cost to the first party claims community.

The conference opened with registration on Monday afternoon, followed by a Networking Reception that evening during which all attendees, presenters, and sponsor/exhibitors  had an opportunity to network with colleagues and other insurance professionals.

Tuesday began with the keynote address, followed by a full day of presentations and panel discussions led by industry experts. A second networking reception was held on Tuesday night in the exhibit hall.

Wednesday's educational program followed a similar format, with several informative sessions held throughout the day. Meals and breaks took place in the exhibit hall, providing time for sponsors and exhibitors to become acquainted with fellow conference participants.

Handouts for all educational sessions were made available online to registered attendees prior to the event.

Throughout the event, the Crowne Plaza Hotel provided complimentary shuttle transportation in the evenings (upon request) so that attendees could explore the Warwick vicinity, which offers a wide array of restaurants and shops.

Nearly 250 insurance professionals attended FPCC 2011, and attendance at FPCC 2012 is expected to be even greater!
